[Samba] Samba and Active Directory?

Hi,

I have a AD installed and I wonder if it´s possible to add users and groups to a Linux Redhat server with Samba 3.0.5? If I create a user in the AD, for example "admin", can this user be added to the linux server as "/home/admin" with rights? If this is possible, is there a howto, url or a book for this solution?
