[Samba] admin users

Hi!

I have setup a PDC with Samba-3.0.5 and I want to give root and 
@wheel administrative rights on all workstations 
(partcularily for installing software). It seems, setting

 	admin users = root, @wheel

in [global] doesn't suffice. Am I missing something?
