[Samba] Bizarre failure of samba shares to XP - SOLVED

Well, it turns out to be the Webroot SpySweeper product that causes this.
Disabling it had no effect, nor did a simple uninstall.  It required a
reboot after uninstall.

Bizarre.  I'll be contacting them via email today :)
