[Samba] Winbind sutff (Squid and Windows 2003)

Have you set the winbind privileged pipe permissions as described here:
http://www.squid-cache.org/Doc/FAQ/FAQ-23.html#ss23.5

That one passed me by the first time round and had me scratching my head :)
