[Samba] "Re-constituting" smbpasswd machine entry?

No need to remove and rejoin, simply join the domain.

I can't conceive of a way that entries just get deleted from smbpasswd -
surely not something that happens by accident. I would recommend that
you use samba 3 & passwd backend tdbsam
