[Samba] Samba 3.05 complied on Irix 6.5?

Has anyone successfully compiled Samba 3.05 on Irix? I've got an Irix box
running 6.5.19f, and with gcc 3.04 installed. I've successfully run the
configure script but when it comes to the make install part, I run into errors
that I do not understand:

make install
