netbios is not  "routeable", you may use samba as smb proxy bridge on 
the nat machine ( net bios helper at cisco i think ) between the 
networks, or tell the clients the wins server of the nated networks, a 
proper working dns will help as fallback, also check if there are no 
firewall rules on the nat machine which block smb ports
