[Samba] BUG REPORT: Samba 2.2.8a

Hello, I have been trying to write a VFS module for samba 2.2.8a and was
having a ton of problems, so I went back to test out the stock skel.c "do
nothing" vfs module and it had the same problems.  When creating a
directory on a share with the skel.c VFS module installed the process
exists with a signal 11.  I have tested this on both redhat 7.3 and debian
stable with the same results.  Logfile with fdebug level 10 is attached.
