[Samba] wbinfo -t failing

I was able to join a MS Windows 2000 domain though with "net ads join"

the problem is that now I wanted to use "wbinfo -t" to
confirm the trust account

The output I get after "wbinfo -t"
checking the trust secret via RPC calls fail
error code was NT_STATUS_INTERNAL_ERROR(0xc00000e5)
Could not check secret

The OS is Debian 
samaba 3.0.2a-1
winbind 3.0.2a-1
