[Samba] Printers taking a long time to pull up

Hello,

Windows XP
Samba 2.2.8a
Redhat Linux 8.0
CUPS Printing

This happens for both users joined to the domain and users not joined to the
domain using \\servername\printername

Users go and add the samba shared printer and have the drivers automatically
install to the XP Workstations.  Users can print to the printers just fine but
most of the time print jobs take forever to print (up to 2 minutes).  If you go
and open up the printer manager on the XP workstation you see XP trying to open
the printer.  It takes up to two minutes for XP to open the printer.  Once the
printer is open it prints to the printer almost instantaneous.

Any ideas?  Need my smb.conf?  Please Help
