[Samba] disabling roaming profiles in windows 2000?

This is rather well documented in the Samba-HOWTO-Collection.pdf available
with Samba-3.0.0 or from

See chapters 23 and 24. If something is missing please let me know as soon
as you can. Samba-3.0.0 will ship very soon and we have at most till
