[Samba] Slow reads

Recently installed Samba 2.2.8a on OpenBSD 3.3. I have a problem reading files from the samba server. It is extremely slow - between 5 och 10 times the time of writing. Writing to it goes just fine. The problem appears to be within Samba since both up- and downloads of the same files runs smooth with the ftp-server. I've had the log set to level 2 but I can't see anything there. All clients are W2K.
