[Samba] No rpm for RedHat9

I suspect this is because the RPMs are generated automatically and
building the RPMs for RH9 doesn't work (errors at the end about
"installed but unpackaged files"). The sooner this is fixed, the better,
and I am sure it is being worked on.

In the mean time, you can install from the SRPMs and use the following
directions (if you have the compiler & tools installed):
http://www.rpm.org/hintskinks/unpackaged-files/
