[Samba] Problems Adding Workstation to Domain

I've got Samba 2.2.3a running on Debian Linux Kernel 2.4.21 setup as a
domain controller.  When I try to add a Windows XP Workstation I get the
following message.  
 
Multiple connections to a server or shared resource by the same user, using
more then one user name, are not allowed.
 
I've installed the singseal registry patch already.
 
Anybody think of what is causing this?  Any help is appreciated.
