[Samba] migration from 2.2.7 to 3

Hi,
 
I've downloaded the 3 how to pdf and am looking forward in implementing Samba 3 especially for the PDC enhancements (hopefully Samba 3 has Dfs enhancements as well).
 
I would like a heads up from anyone as to what to do and not to do in making a successful transition (ie; diff in smbpasswd dbase, etc...).
