[Samba] Bug: I think

I have samba-3.0.1pre1-1

, RedHat9 installed

has very big progress in compatibility with utf8 locale. But I have very 
strange bug.
I have ru_RU.UTF-8 locale.
Smbclient utility gets the names of the shares in transcated form if  
these shares have russian names.
But smbtree shows them correctly.
