In Samba 3.0.0 (may be in earlier versions too) if I specify printing = cups printcap name = cups then manually set "print command" is ignored. Well, without print command how can I force the printer to print banner page every time job is sent? Should I go back to printing = sysv and printcap = lpstat in order to have my banner pages back?
