[Samba] Problem with "add user script"

Rigth.  This behavior is by design.  The 'add user script'
parameter is for smbd only.  If you ask smbd to create
the user ("net rpc user add" ... can't ever remember the
exact syntax"), it will call the script before create
the smbpasswd account.
