[Samba] RE: winbindd panic daemon dies

I had the same problem last night using 3.0.0-1 on RH 9. It is connecting
via a slow link and seemed to panic when we started pushing a nightly backup
across the link. 

I can run valgrind on it if that would help. Was the stock RPM compiled with
debug?
