[Samba] cannot generate proto.h with nawk under solaris 2.8 or 2.9 for samba 3.0.0 or greater

Configure runs well. Starting make, hangs after "Building 
include/proto.h". Same problem seems to be under Linux, when
using the identified command "awk -v headername=_PROTO_H_
-f mkproto.awk".
