[Samba] files over 2 GB in size?

Yes, You didn't give us enough info.

First off, what versions of the Linux Kernel are on the 2 machines?

Second, what version of Samba on each machine?

Any setting in Samba that are designed for DOS Machines for those
shares?

As much pertinent info as possible would be good.
