[Samba] read access without and write access only with password

Hi,

I'm trying to configure samba in a rather strange (?) way: I've got a
directory for which I want to grant read access without any password for
each Microsoft user connecting to my computer, and - at the same time -
grant write access to this directory only if the Microsoft user has the
right password for it.

Any ideas how to realize this?
