[Samba] Samba 3 and MMC (Microsoft Management Console)

Hi there,

In a scenarion where you only have a Samba3 PDC can one also use these
tools?

Is it possible to run these usrmgr and srvmgr from NT on a Win2000
workstation?

Where can one find these tools? Download?
