[Samba] Debian Sarge (testing), Samba 3.0 RC4 and Quickbooks

as i know samba 3 final can be now apt-get -t testing
so first upgrade, but maybe you should wait for 3.01 cause of
failures with exel were debuged should be a question of days to release
maybe this solves your problem too
