	Installing V3 on AIX 4.3.3 oslevel 11

	receive message Conversion from UTF8 to CP850 not supported 

	please could someone tell me how to fix this.

	vision 2.8.a works fine but would like to upgrade

	note default language IS08859-1 English United States
