[Samba] acl problem

Hello

I have samba (2.2.7a) shares on linux (rh 7 & 9) servers with posix-acl
(both kernel (2.4.19/ext2 and 2.4.20/xfs) and samba enabled) and an nt 4 PDC.

works fine except that I can't change acl of a file/dir if i'm not the
owner, thought i'm in a group that has write access to the file/dir

I set the "dos filemode = yes" as told in "man smb.conf", but it still
doesn't work

I'm surely missing something but what ?
