[Samba] 2.2.8a default settings and documentation

Hi:

I just got done getting 2.2.8a working for the first time since the
defaults (at least on FreeBSD) were not in agreement with the documentation
in smb.conf(5).  The default printing system was listed as cups rather than
bsd.  Furthermore, setting printing to bsd did not set reasonable
parameters for print command and friends which causes quite a bit of
confusion here for me.  Is this a FreeBSD port-specific problem or a
documentation issue?
