[Samba] ip to computername[netbios] resolution

Hi,
 
I'm setup a samba file server (RedHat Linux) but windows client cannot browse the server (samba server) specially Win95/98 and some Win2000. what values do you think i must specify on the browsing parameter on smb.conf file?
 
os level = ?
local master = ?
preferred master ?
 
Pls. Help...
