[Samba] Problems with spaces prefixing usernames when using Samba as a PDC

Yes, we are slowing starting to notice this bug.  My understanding is
that this is fixed in OpenLDAP 2.1, but I'm not sure which release.  

Unfortunately (for others) this bug also effects OpenLDAP 2.0, but I
understand that there are no plans to fix this (serious) bug.
