[Samba] wins support = yes time server = yes

until this issue, all the machines were registering great with the wins
server, and they do get its IP from DHCP (all verified)...since playing with
this in the am, it has been about an hour and I am not seeing anyone
registering...

they are all remote, and I want to just wait and see if they do
register....I rebooted a couple and they did register, but here is the weird
issue...

I can ping them OK, but they dont show up in network neighborhood...
