I isn't black but it isn't one of the "safe" colors so maybe it will
appear black on some browsers. "Safe Colors" must be composed of
combinations of the following hex numbers 00 33 66 99 cc ff. The link
colors are VLINK and LINK =#292555 and ALINK=#cc0033. So ALINK is
"safe" but the other two are not.
