Both variations are known to be used...

I think this hasn't been noticed before becouse winbind is
not usually considerd much use without nsswtich, and FreeBSD
hasn't allowd dynamic loading in the past.
The correct fix is some #ifdef magic - but try not to break
OpenPAM, which uses an enum...
