[Samba] Using Samba PDC to update software?

Hello everyone.

I was curious, if one could use Samba, acting as a PDC, to update software 
on clients computers. (Sorta like Active Directory).

Is it possible to do this? Possible to setup some type of script, that each 
user will get when they log onto the domain that will allow them to 
download the software to their computer and update/install it?

This possible? This could be very lucrative to my network if possible.
