[Samba] Print speed with an HP Laserjet 4

I just wanted to put in a little plug for the gimp-print drivers.  They're a
godsend.  I have an old HP LaserJet IID at home.  It never really worked
right with Ghostscript -- the page margins were always off no matter what I
did.  With gimp-print I finally get printouts that are properly centered on
the page.  It's still slow, but I can only expect so much from a 15 year old
printer. ;)
