[Samba] Samba Compile for Red Hat Linux

Red Hat Linux puts the various Samba files
in places other than the default.  Since RedHat's
up2date is still at 2.2.7, I need to do a 
build from source as I do with other platforms.
Does anyone have the configure line which puts all
the files in the places RedHat Linux expects them?
I could work it out myself, but starting with a 
line that someone already tested is nice.
