[Samba] SWAT problem

dear all,         I am able to run the GUI SWAT in my host (RedHat8.0) and other elements in the network(of different os) when the connection to internet is available.  But the swat is not accessible when the internet connection is not available ( work offline).  Can somebody suggest a solution?
