[Samba] pid and lock dir during compile

Why not take the easy way?

You can build OpenLinux RPM packages from:

	1. cd ~samba/packaging/Caldera/OpenLinux
	2. sh makerpms.sh

If it does not work, drop me a line. I'll try to help you.
