[Samba] Samba-Share and problems with archives and CRC-Check

Hello Samba-Team,

I have some problems with Samba and winrar-archives.
Everytime I save a winrar-archive (don't know what happens to zip-archives...) on a samba-share and execute it (on W2K) I get errors like "CRC-Error. The file may be corrupt...". Also copying the file to W2K first and then executing brings the same error-message.
Without saving the .rar-archive to samba (only working on W2K) the archive is ok and everything works fine.

Is this a configuration problem? Is this a bug?

The system is SuSE 8.0 and the samba version is 2.26. I didn't found any hints on the net...

Hallo Samba-Team,

ich habe Probleme im Zusammenhang mit Samba und Winrar-Archiven.
Immer wenn ich ein Winrar-Archiv auf einem Samba-Share speichere und dieses dann wieder ausführen möchte, bekomme ich die Fehlermeldung "CRC-Fehler. Die Datei scheint defekt zu sein..." (oder so ähnlich). Auch wenn ich das .rar-Archiv zuerst wieder nach W2K kopiere und von dort aus ausführe bekomme ich die gleiche Fehlermeldung.
Ohne die Zwischenspeicherung auf Samba ist alles ok und das Archiv läßt sich einwandfrei entpacken...

Handelt es sich um ein Konfigurationsproblem? Ist das ein Bug?

Bei dem System handelt es sich um SuSE 8.0. Die Samba-Version ist 2.26. Im Internet konnte ich nichts dazu finden...
