[Samba] slow connect

Add the IP address and host name of your W2K machine to the hosts file (on a
separate line below 127.0.0.1 localhost).

e.g.,

your.w2k.ip.address    your.w2k.host.name

My file named lmhosts contain :

127.0.0.1    localhost

Is it good? if not what have I should do?
