[Samba] Prevent Domain Logon

How can I prevent domain logons if the samba PDC is unavailable.  Right now if one of my windows 2000 machines does not see the PDC it logs on with a cached account.  This is all good but it also works for the domain administrator accounts which is definitely not wanted!
