[Samba] help help (ldapsam not availalble!)

I configured samba-3.0alpha21 --with-ldapsam

To add a user with smbpasswd command I will get:

# ./bin/smbpasswd -a test
New SMB password:
Retype new SMB password:
ldap not detected at configure time, ldapsam not availalble!
pdb backend ldapsam:ldap://localhost did not correctly init (error was 
NT_STATUS_UNSUCCESSFUL)
Loading ldapsam:ldap://localhost failed!

Any help to solve this problem
