[Samba] Euro Sign

I can do some euro sign on my linux server
echo $LANG indique fr_FR at euro

but :

1. when I create a folder €€€€€€€€ in Windows, I have:
in Windows & Linux : ________

2. when I create a folder €€€€€€€€  in Linux, I have:
in Windows : ¤¤¤¤¤¤¤¤¤¤¤¤¤¤¤¤¤ and in Linux : €€€€€€€€
