OT: Mail rules (was: Re: [Samba] Auto-away replies)

Actually, a proper "vacation" code is very simple.

If the recipient's email address is not listed in the To: or Cc: lines of the
message, don't reply.

A bit more considerate vacation program adds the condition:

If I have sent a notice to this sender already, don't reply.
