[Samba] Where is te file 'ldapsam.so'?

Hello, I have a small problem with the configuration of Samba3a24. The
problem is is following:
I want to use Samba3 and LDAP like PDC.
I run the nmbd and smbd, and it gives the following error me:

torrente:/var/log/samba # /etc/init.d/nmb start
Starting SAMBA nmbd :

torrente:/var/log/samba # /etc/init.d/smb start
Starting SAMBA smbd :

torrente:/var/log/samba # smbclient -L localhost
protocol negotiation failed
