[Samba] ./configure --with-pam fails allways

Please put yourself in the shoes of someone who wants to answer you.

You do not give ANY hint as to what OS platform this is on.

You give a lengthy output from configure, instead of cutting this down to
a meaningful snapshot.

What sort of answer do you expect?
