Have a look at the headers from the Samba messages.
One has:

 List-Help: <mailto:samba-request at lists.samba.org?subject=help>

Send an email to samba-request at lists.samba.org with the Subject "help".

Also, there is an web-based interface at
http://lists.samba.org/mailman/options/samba/ that may be able to help
you.
