[Samba] net groupadd problem

Hi-
Whenever I try to use net groupadd, I get the error below...anyone know 
where I can look for the problem?  Thanks!! :

/home/root> net groupmap add 
sid=S-1-5-21-4274557960-2057765579-945554898-512 ntgroup="Domain Admins" 
unixgroup=domadm
...
...
