[Samba] enable local login for domain users even if the network is down?

hi
 
can anybody tell me how i can enable local access for domain users to my machine even if the network is down and winbindd can't authenticate them against the domain
they shall be able to work locally as it is possible with win2k - their account does exist as it was automatically created during first login
