[Samba] Win XP SP1 can not log on twice

Hi, everybody.
I have installed samba recently and right now i try to
make it a PDC for several XP clients.
I had no problems making it PCD and configuring it
overall (thanks to quite good docs). Then i created a
single test user and had the following problem: this
user has perfect first login, he can change settings,
save them to server and XP even decides quite good,
what to store on server, and what is better to leave on
local machine. But when i try to log in from other
machine, or from the same machine after the user has
logged off and saved his profile on server, i have
windows waiting long trying to "Load your personal
settings" and then complaining about: "Windows can not
find the local profile and is logging you with a
temporary profile. Changes made to this profile will be
lost when you log off.". On the server side this
results in one clone of smbd hanging and not responding
to any signals except SIGKILL, and one LOCK of
NTUSER.DAT and somethimes also ntuser.ini being held.
On a machine with fixed policies (actually i did also
change local defaults in mmc and maybe also something
else of that kind) the message is a bit different and
XP just loggs of instead of logging on with local profile.
Will be glad for any help.
(please send cc: to my address since i'm not subscribed
to the list)

PS. Attached are smb.conf and smbpasswd if they are of
any help.
PPS. forgot to say i have samba-2.2.8 on Linux
Slackware 9.0 with 2.4.20 kernel.
PPPS. Excuse my English, pls.
