You can create a logon.bat with all the net use commands you need.
AND...

1) copy it to your samba on a read for all users folder and make a shortcut
to your startup
2) copy the batch file to all the clients and when you logon double click on
it
3) setup samba as a pdc and put the file in your netlogon folder and edit
your smb.conf accordingly
 ...
